  • Your ticket includes access to 3 royal tombs (excluding Tutankhamun's). Tut's tomb requires a separate ticket, which is included in our tour package.

  • Photography is generally prohibited inside the royal tombs to preserve the ancient paintings. However, you can take photos in the temple complexes and exterior areas.

  • There is significant walking involved, particularly at Karnak Temple and the Valley of the Kings. Comfortable walking shoes, a hat, and sunscreen are essential.

  • The West Bank was the "City of the Dead" with royal tombs and mortuary temples, while the East Bank was the "City of the Living" with grand temples for worshiping the gods.

  • While Tutankhamun was a minor pharaoh, his tomb is world-famous because it was discovered nearly intact with all its magnificent treasures, providing unparalleled insight into royal burial practices.
